How do I create or join a team?▼
Go to My Teams from the bottom navigation and tap Create Team. To join an existing team, ask your team captain to send you an invite link.
Can I withdraw from a tournament after registering?▼
Withdrawal policies vary by tournament. Contact the organizer directly or check their tournament rules. Some registrations may be non-refundable.

Where can I see my upcoming matches?▼
Tap My Matches in the bottom navigation to see all your scheduled and past matches across every tournament you're participating in.
How are match scores updated?▼
Scores are entered by tournament organizers after each match. Results typically appear within a few minutes of match completion.
What happens if my match result looks wrong?▼
Contact the tournament organizer directly — they manage all score entries. You can find their contact info on the tournament page.

How do I update my profile information?▼
Go to Settings → Edit Profile to update your name, avatar, and other details.
How do I change my password?▼
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password. If you signed up with Google, your password is managed through your Google account.
How do I delete my account?▼
Go to Settings and scroll down to Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone.
How do I turn off notifications?▼
Go to Settings → Notifications to control which alerts you receive — match reminders, results, tournament updates, and bracket changes.

The app is not loading — what should I do?▼
Try refreshing the page. If the problem persists, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Check that your internet connection is stable.
I'm not receiving email notifications.▼
Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure the email address on your account is correct and that notifications are enabled in your Settings.
I can't sign in to my account.▼
Try the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page. If you still can't access your account, contact our support team with your registered email address.
